Zechariah 12:7

7I, the Lord, will save the homes of Judah first, before I rescue Jerusalem's people. As a result, the descendants of King David and the people of Jerusalem will not receive greater honour than other places in Judah.12:7 King David ruled the whole nation of Israel.
