Obadiah 1:19

19Then those of the I.e. South countryNegev will possess the mountain of Esau,

And those of the I.e. the foothillsShephelah the Philistine plain;

Also, possess the territory of Ephraim and the territory of Samaria,

And Benjamin will possess Gilead.
