Psalm 23 (NASB2020)

1The Lord is my shepherd,

I will not be in need.

2He lets me lie down in green pastures;

He leads me beside 23:2 Lit waters of restquiet waters.

3He restores my soul;

He guides me in the 23:3 Lit trackspaths of righteousness

For the sake of His name.

4¶Even though I walk through the 23:4 Or valley of deep darknessvalley of the shadow of death,

I fear no 23:4 Or harmevil, for You are with me;

Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;

You 23:5 Or anointhave anointed my head with oil;

My cup overflows.

6 23:6 Or OnlyCertainly goodness and 23:6 Or mercyfaithfulness will follow me all the days of my life,

And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord 23:6 Lit for length of daysforever.
