1 Chronicles 16:7

7That day David first appointed Asaph and his associates to give praise to the Lord in this manner:

7Then on that day David first assigned Asaph and his relatives to give thanks to the Lord.

7Then on that day David first entrusted to Asaph and his relatives to give thanks to the Lord [as their chief task].

7On that day David first committed to Asaph and his associates this song of thanksgiving to the Lord:

7Then on that day did David first ordain to give thanks unto Jehovah, by the hand of Asaph and his brethren.

7Then at that time Dauid did appoint at the beginning to giue thankes to the Lord by the hand of Asaph and his brethren.

7Then on that day David first ordained giving of thanks to Yahweh by the hand of Asaph and his brothers.

7That day was the first time David appointed Asaph and his helpers. He appointed them to give praise to the Lord with these words.

7On that day, David first told Asaph and the other Levites to sing this song to thank the Lord:
