1 Corinthians 4:1

1This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed.

1This is the way any person is to regard us: as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

1So then, let us [who minister] be regarded as servants of Christ and stewards (trustees, administrators) of the mysteries of God [that He chooses to reveal].

1So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

1Let a man so account of us, as of ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

1Let a man so thinke of vs, as of the ministers of Christ, and disposers of the secrets of God:

1So let a man think of us as Christ’s servants and stewards of God’s mysteries.

1So here is how you should think of us. We serve Christ. We are trusted with the mysteries God has shown us.

1This is how you should think about us, who are leaders in the church. We are Christ's servants. God has given us a special work to do. We must explain his message to people so that they understand it.

1Let a man so reckon us as officers of Christ, and stewards of the secrets of God,
