1 Kings 12:30

30And this thing became a sin; the people came to worship the one at Bethel and went as far as Dan to worship the other.

30What Jeroboam did was sinful. And it caused Israel to sin. The people came to worship the statue at Bethel. They went all the way to Dan to worship the statue that was there.

30But that caused the Israelite people to do a very bad thing. They went to Bethel and to Dan to worship the gold cows.

30and this thing becomes a sin, and the people go before the one—to Dan.
