1 Peter 2:19

19For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God.

19For this finds favor, if for the sake of conscience toward God a person endures grief when suffering unjustly.

19For this finds favor, if a person endures the sorrow of suffering unjustly because of an awareness of [the will of] God.

19For if anyone endures the pain of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God, this is to be commended.

19Suppose a person suffers pain unfairly because they want to obey God. This is worthy of praise.

19This makes God happy. Maybe your master will punish you when you have done nothing wrong. If you know that you are serving God, continue to be patient and brave.

19for this [is] grace: if anyone endures sorrows because of conscience toward God, suffering unrighteously;
