1 Peter 3:14

14But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.”

14But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. And do not fear their intimidation, and do not be in dread,

14But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness [though it is not certain that you will], you are still blessed [happy, to be admired and favored by God]. Do not be afraid of their intimidating threats, nor be troubled or disturbed [by their opposition].

14But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear what they fear; do not be shaken.”

14But even if ye should suffer for righteousness’ sake, blessed are ye: and fear not their fear, neither be troubled;

14Notwithstanding blessed are ye, if ye suffer for righteousnes sake. Yea, feare not their feare, neither be troubled.

14But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled.”

14But suppose you do suffer for doing what is right. Even then you will be blessed. Scripture says, “Don’t fear what others say they will do to hurt you. Don’t be afraid.” (Isaiah 8:12)

14But you may suffer, even when you do what is right. If that happens, God will bless you. So do not be afraid of what people may do to you. Do not worry about it.

14But if you also should suffer because of righteousness, [you are] blessed! And do not be afraid of their fear, nor be troubled,
