1 Samuel 17:27

27They repeated to him what they had been saying and told him, “This is what will be done for the man who kills him.”

27The people answered him in agreement with this statement, saying, “This is what will be done for the man who kills him.”

27The men told him, “That is what will be done for the man who kills him.”

27The people told him about the offer, saying, “That is what will be done for the man who kills him.”

27And the people answered him after this manner, saying, So shall it be done to the man that killeth him.

27And the people answered him after this maner, saying, Thus shall it be done to the man that killeth him.

27The people answered him in this way, saying, “So shall it be done to the man who kills him.”

27The men told David what Israel’s soldiers had been saying. The men told him what would be done for the man who killed Goliath.

27The men then told David what the king had promised to do. They said, ‘This is what the king will do to help the man who kills that Philistine soldier.’

27And the people speak to him according to this word, saying, “Thus it is done to the man who strikes him.”
