2 Chronicles 15:6

6One nation was being crushed by another and one city by another, because God was troubling them with every kind of distress.

6Nation was crushed by nation, and city by city, for God troubled them with every kind of distress.

6One nation would attack and destroy another nation. The people of one city destroyed other cities. God caused all this trouble to happen to those people.

6and they have been beaten down, nation by nation, and city by city, for God has troubled them with every adversity;
