2 Corinthians 1:7

7And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort.

7and our hope for you is firmly grounded, knowing that as you are partners in our sufferings, so also you are in our comfort.

7and our hope for you is firmly grounded, knowing that as you are sharers of our sufferings, so also you are sharers of our comfort.

7And our 1:7 In the NT the word “hope” expresses a cherished desire along with the confident assurance of obtaining that which is longed for.hope for you [our confident expectation of good for you] is firmly grounded [assured and unshaken], since we know that just as you share as partners in our sufferings, so also you share as partners in our comfort.

7And our hope for you is sure, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you will share in our comfort.

7Our hope for you remains firm. We know that you suffer just as we do. In the same way, God comforts you just as he comforts us.
