2 Kings 9:20

20The lookout reported, “He has reached them, but he isn’t coming back either. The driving is like that of Jehu son of Nimshi—he drives like a maniac.”

20And the watchman 9:20 Lit reported, sayingreported, “He came up to them, but he did not return; and the 9:20 I.e., of the chariotdriving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously.”

20The watchman reported, “He came even to them, and he did not return; and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously.”

20And the watchman reported, “He approached them, but he has not returned; and the driving [of the chariot] is like that of Jehu the son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously.”

20Again the watchman reported, “He reached them, but he is not coming back. And the charioteer is driving like Jehu son of Nimshi9:20 Or grandson of Nimshi; see verse 14.— he is driving like a madman!”

20The lookout reported, “The second messenger has reached them. But he isn’t coming back either. The one driving the chariot drives like Jehu, the son of Nimshi. He’s driving like a crazy person.”
