2 Thessalonians 1:4

4Therefore, among God’s churches we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring.

4Therefore, we speak of you with pride among the churches of God for your steadfastness [your unflinching endurance, and patience] and your firm faith in the midst of all the persecution and [crushing] distress which you endure.

4That is why we boast among God’s churches about your perseverance and faith in the face of all the persecution and affliction you are enduring.

4So among God’s churches we brag about the fact that you don’t give up easily. We brag about your faith in all the suffering and testing you are going through.
