3 John 1:3

3It gave me great joy when some believers came and testified about your faithfulness to the truth, telling how you continue to walk in it.

3For I was overjoyed when brothers came and testified to your truth, that is, how you are walking in truth.

3For I was greatly pleased when [some of the] brothers came [from time to time] and testified to your [faithfulness to the] truth [of the gospel message], that is, how you are walking in truth.

3For I was overjoyed when the brothers came and testified about your devotion to the truth, in which you continue to walk.

3For I rejoiced greatly, when brethren came and bare witness unto thy truth, even as thou walkest in truth.

3For I reioyced greatly when the brethren came, and testified of the trueth that is in thee, how thou walkest in the trueth.

3For I rejoiced greatly when brothers came and testified about your truth, even as you walk in truth.

3Some believers came to me and told me that you are faithful to the truth. They told me that you continue to live by it. This news gave me great joy.

3I was very happy when I heard news about you. Some Christian friends came here to tell me about you. They said that you are living in a good way. That is the way that God's true message tells us to live.

3for I rejoiced exceedingly, brothers coming and testifying of the truth in you, even as you walk in truth;
