Acts 21:35

35When Paul reached the steps, the violence of the mob was so great he had to be carried by the soldiers.

35When Paul got to the stairs, it came about that he was carried by the soldiers because of the violence of the mob;

35Paul reached the steps. But then the mob became so wild that he had to be carried by the soldiers.

35The soldiers then led Paul as far as the steps of their building. Then they had to carry him because the crowd was so angry.

35and when he came on the steps, it happened he was carried by the soldiers, because of the violence of the multitude,
