Acts 26:9

9“I too was convinced that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

9“So I thought to myself that I had to act in strong opposition to the name of Jesus 26:9 Or the Nazareneof Nazareth.

9“So then, I thought to myself that I had to do many things hostile to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

9“So then, I [once] thought to myself that it was my duty to do many things in opposition to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

9So then, I too was convinced that I ought to do all I could to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

9“I believed that I should oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth. So I did everything I could to oppose his name.
