Daniel 11:23

23After coming to an agreement with him, he will act deceitfully, and with only a few people he will rise to power.

23After an alliance is made with him he will practice deception, and he will go up and gain power with a small force of people.

23The king of Syria will make an agreement with that prince. But then the king of Syria will not keep his word. He will rise to even greater power with the help of only a few people.

23He will agree to be friends with other leaders. But then he will deceive them. He will become more and more powerful, but he will rule only a few people.

23And after they join themselves to him, he works deceit, and has increased, and has been strong by a few of the nation.
