Daniel 8:9

9Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land.

9And out of one of them came a rather small horn which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the 8:9 I.e., IsraelBeautiful Land.

9Out of one of them came forth a rather small horn which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the I.e. PalestineBeautiful Land.

9Out of one of them (Antiochus IV Epiphanes) came forth a rather small horn [but one of irreverent presumption and profane pride] which grew exceedingly powerful toward the south, toward the east, and toward the Beautiful Land (Israel). [Dan 8:23]

9From one of these horns a little horn emerged and grew extensively toward the south and the east and toward the Beautiful Land.

9Out of one of the four horns came another horn. It was small at first but became more and more powerful. It grew to the south and to the east and toward the beautiful land of Israel.
