Deuteronomy 14:28

28At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,

28“At the end of every third year you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in that year, and you shall deposit it in your town.

28Every third year, take the tithe of the food that you have grown in your fields that year. Store it in your town or your village.
