Deuteronomy 21:19

19his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town.

19Then his parents will take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town.

19If so, his parents must take their son to the leaders at the city gate.

19then his father and his mother have laid hold on him, and they have brought him out to [the] elderly of his city, and to the gate of his place,
