Deuteronomy 23:18

18You must not bring the earnings of a female prostitute or of a male prostitute23:18 Hebrew of a dog into the house of the Lord your God to pay any vow, because the Lord your God detests them both.

18You shall not bring the earnings of a prostitute or the money for a 23:18 Prob. refers to a male prostitutedog into the house of the Lord your God as payment for any vowed offering, because both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.

18You shall not bring the hire of a harlot or the wages of a I.e. male prostitute, sodomitedog into the house of the Lord your God for any votive offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.

18You shall not bring the wages of a prostitute or the price of a dog [that is, a male prostitute] into the house of the Lord your God as payment for any vow, for both of these [the gift and the giver] are utterly repulsive to the Lord your God.

18You must not bring the wages of a prostitute, whether female or male,23:18 Hebrew or a dog into the house of the Lord your God to fulfill any vow, because both are detestable to the Lord your God.

18The Lord your God hates the money that men and women get for being prostitutes. So don’t take that money into the house of the Lord to pay what you promised to give.
