3the Negev and the whole region from the Valley of Jericho, the City of Palms, as far as Zoar.

3Moses saw the Negev Desert. He saw the whole area from the Valley of Jericho all the way to Zoar. Jericho was also known as The City of Palm Trees.

3He saw the Negev Desert in the south. He saw the valley that goes from Jericho as far as Zoar. Jericho is called ‘The city of palm trees’.
