Exodus 4:10

10Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”

10Then Moses said to the Lord, “Please, Lord, I have never been 4:10 Lit a man of wordseloquent, neither 4:10 Lit yesterdayrecently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am 4:10 Lit heavyslow of speech and 4:10 Lit heavyslow of tongue.”

10Then Moses said to the Lord, “Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”

10Then Moses said to the Lord, “Please, Lord, I am not a man of words (eloquent, fluent), neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am 4:10 Lit heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue.slow of speech and tongue.”

10“Please, Lord,” Moses replied, “I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since You have spoken to Your servant, for I am slow of speech and tongue.”

10Moses spoke to the Lord. He said, “Lord, I’ve never been a good speaker. And I haven’t gotten any better since you spoke to me. I don’t speak very well at all.”
