Exodus 4:8

8Then the Lord said, “If they do not believe you or pay attention to the first sign, they may believe the second.

8“So if they will not believe you nor 4:8 Lit listen topay attention to the 4:8 Lit voiceevidence of the first 4:8 I.e., confirming miraclesign, they may believe the 4:8 Lit voiceevidence of the last 4:8 I.e., confirming miraclesign.

8“If they will not believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe the witness of the last sign.

8“If they will not believe you or pay attention to the evidence of the first sign, they may believe the evidence of the second sign.

8And the Lord said, “If they refuse to believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe that of the second.

8Then the Lord said, “Suppose they do not believe you or pay attention to the first sign. Then maybe they will believe the second one.
