Galatians 1:4

4who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,

4who gave Himself [as a sacrifice to atone] for our sins [to save and sanctify us] so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, in accordance with the will and purpose and plan of our God and Father—

4Which gaue himself for our sinnes, that he might deliuer vs from this present euill world according to the will of God euen our Father,

4who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father—

4Jesus gave his life for our sins. He set us free from this evil world. That was what our God and Father wanted.

4Jesus offered himself as a sacrifice because of all the wrong things that we have done. He did this to save us from all the bad things of this world in which we live now. This is what God, our Father, wanted him to do.
