Galatians 6:4

4Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else,

4But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting, but to himself alone, and not to another.

4But each one must carefully scrutinize his own work [examining his actions, attitudes, and behavior], and then he can have the personal satisfaction and inner joy of doing something commendable without comparing himself to another.

4Each one should test his own work. Then he will have reason to boast in himself alone, and not in someone else.

4But let each man prove his own work, and then shall he have his glorying in regard of himself alone, and not of his neighbor.

4But let euery man prooue his owne worke: and then shall he haue reioycing in himselfe onely and not in another.

4Each person should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves. They won’t be comparing themselves to someone else.

4Everyone should think carefully about the things that they themselves do. If those things are good, that is a reason to be proud. Someone like that does not need to think about whether they are better than anyone else.

4and let each one prove his own work, and then he will have the glorying in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to the other,
