Genesis 23:4

4“I am a foreigner and stranger among you. Sell me some property for a burial site here so I can bury my dead.”

4“I am a stranger and a foreign resident among you; give me a burial site among you so that I may bury my dead out of my sight.”

4“I am a stranger and a sojourner (resident alien) among you; give (sell) me property for a burial place among you so that I may bury my dead [in the proper manner].”

4I am a stranger and a sojourner with you: give me a possession of a burying-place with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight.

4I am a stranger, and a forreiner among you, giue me a possession of buriall with you, that I may burie my dead out of my sight.

4“I am a stranger and a foreigner living with you. Give me a possession of a burying-place with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight.”

4“I’m an outsider. I’m a stranger among you. Sell me some property where I can bury those in my family who die. Then I can bury my wife.”

4‘I am living as a stranger among you. Please, sell me some land here, so that it belongs to me. Then I can use it to bury my wife properly.’

4“A sojourner and a settler I [am] with you; give to me a possession of a burying-place with you, and I bury my dead from before me.”
