43Laban answered Jacob, “The women are my daughters, the children are my children, and the flocks are my flocks. All you see is mine. Yet what can I do today about these daughters of mine, or about the children they have borne?
43Then Laban replied to Jacob, “The daughters are my daughters, the 31:43 Lit sonschildren are my 31:43 Lit sonsgrandchildren, the flocks are my flocks, and everything that you see is mine. But what can I do this day to these daughters of mine or to their children to whom they have given birth?

But what can I do today to these my daughters or to their children to whom they have given birth?
