Genesis 41:32

32The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided by God, and God will do it soon.

32Now as for the repeating of the dream to Pharaoh twice, it means that the matter is confirmed by God, and God will quickly bring it about.

32That the dream was repeated twice to Pharaoh [and in two different ways] indicates that this matter is fully determined and established by God, and God will bring it to pass very quickly.
