Isaiah 20:1

1In the year that the supreme commander, sent by Sargon king of Assyria, came to Ashdod and attacked and captured it—

1In the year that the commander came to Ashdod, when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him and he fought against Ashdod and captured it,

1In the year that the Tartan [the Assyrian commander in chief] came to Ashdod [in Philistia], when Sargon king of Assyria sent him and he fought against Ashdod and captured it,

1Before the year that the chief commander, sent by Sargon king of Assyria, came to Ashdod and attacked and captured it,

1In the year that Tartan came unto Ashdod, when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him, and he fought against Ashdod and took it;

1In the yeere that Tartan came to Ashdod, (when Sargon King of Asshur sent him) and had fought against Ashdod, and taken it,

1In the year that Tartan came to Ashdod, when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him, and he fought against Ashdod and took it;

1Sargon, the king of Assyria, sent his highest commander to the city of Ashdod. He attacked it and captured it.

1One year, Sargon, the king of Assyria, sent the leader of his army to attack Ashdod. His army fought against Ashdod and they took the city.

1In the year of the coming in of Tartan to Ashdod, when Sargon king of Asshur sends him, and he fights against Ashdod and captures it,
