2you who call yourselves citizens of the holy city

and claim to rely on the God of Israel—

the Lord Almighty is his name:

2“For they name themselves after the holy city,

And lean on the God of Israel;

The Lord of armies is His name.

2“For they call themselves [citizens of Jerusalem] after the holy city

And depend on the God of Israel;

The Lord of hosts is His name.

2who indeed call yourselves after the holy city

and lean on the God of Israel;

the Lord of Hosts is His name.

2(for they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves upon the God of Israel; Jehovah of hosts is his name):

2For they are called of the holy citie, and staie themselues vpon the God of Israel, whose Name is the Lord of hostes.

2for they call themselves citizens of the holy city,

and rely on the God of Israel;

Yahweh of Armies is his name.

2You call yourselves citizens of the holy city of Jerusalem.

You say you depend on Israel’s God.

His name is the Lord Who Rules Over All. He says,

2Your people are proud to say that they live in the holy city. They trust in Israel's God, whose name is the Lord Almighty.

2For they have been called from the Holy City, || And been supported on the God of Israel, || YHWH of Hosts [is] His Name.
