James 1:10

10But the rich should take pride in their humiliation—since they will pass away like a wild flower.

10but the rich person is to glory in his humiliation, because like flowering grass he will pass away.

10and the rich man is to glory in being humbled [by trials revealing human frailty, knowing true riches are found in the grace of God], for like the flower of the grass he will pass away.

10But the one who is rich should exult in his low position, because he will pass away like a flower of the field.

10and the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.

10Againe hee that is rich, in that hee is made lowe: for as the flower of the grasse, shall he vanish away.

10and the rich, in that he is made humble, because like the flower in the grass, he will pass away.

10But rich people should take pride in their low positions. That’s because they will fade away like wild flowers.

10And the believers who are rich should also be happy. Why? Because God has shown them that they are not so great. Rich people should remember that they will die, like a wild flower quickly dies.

10but the rich in his becoming low, because he will pass away as a flower of grass;
