James 1:14

14but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed.

14But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust.

14But each person is tempted by their own evil desires. These desires lead them on and drag them away.

14It is our own thoughts that make us do bad things. When we want to do something wrong, our thoughts lead us in a bad way.

14but each one is tempted, being led away and enticed by his own desires;
