James 2:8

8If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,”2:8 Lev. 19:18 you are doing right.

8If, however, you are fulfilling the 2:8 Or law of our Kingroyal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

8If, however, you are fulfilling the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

8If, however, you are [really] fulfilling the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself [that is, if you have an unselfish concern for others and do things for their benefit]” you are doing well. [Lev 19:18]

8If you really fulfill the royal law stated in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,”2:8 Leviticus 19:18 you are doing well.

8The royal law is found in Scripture. It says, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.” (Leviticus 19:18) If you really keep this law, you are doing what is right.
