8“Who shut up the sea behind doors

when it burst forth from the womb,

8¶“Or who enclosed the sea with doors

When it went out from the womb, bursting forth;

8¶“Or who enclosed the sea with doors

When it burst forth and went out of the womb;

8Who enclosed the sea behind doors

when it burst forth from the womb,

8Or who shut up the sea with doors,

When it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb;

8Or who hath shut vp the Sea with doores, when it yssued and came foorth as out of the wombe:

8“Or who shut up the sea with doors,

when it broke out of the womb,

8“Who created the ocean?

Who caused it to be born?

8When the sea poured out of the ground,

I decided where its borders should be.

I kept the water in its right place.

8And He shuts up the sea with doors, || In its coming forth, it goes out from the womb.
