John 4:52

52When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, “Yesterday, at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.”

52So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, “Yesterday at the 4:52 I.e., 1 p.m.seventh hour the fever left him.”

52So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, “Yesterday at the Perhaps 7 p.m. Roman time or 1 p.m. Jewish timeseventh hour the fever left him.”

52So he asked them at what time he began to get better. They said, “Yesterday during the seventh hour (1 p.m.) the fever left him.”

52So he inquired as to the hour when his son had recovered, and they told him, “The fever left him yesterday at the seventh hour.4:52 That is, one in the afternoon”

52He asked what time his son got better. They said to him, “Yesterday, at one o’clock in the afternoon, the fever left him.”
