Jonah 1:3

3But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the Lord.

3But Jonah got up to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. So he went down to Joppa, found a ship that was going to Tarshish, paid the fare, and 1:3 Lit went down inboarded it to go with them to Tarshish away from the presence of the Lord.

3But Jonah ran away to Tarshish to escape from the presence of the Lord [and his duty as His prophet].
