2said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels17:2 That is, about 28 pounds or about 13 kilograms of silver that were taken from you and about which I heard you utter a curse—I have that silver with me; I took it.”
Then his mother said, “The Lord bless you, my son!”
2And he said to his mother, “The 1,100 pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse and also spoke it in my hearing, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “Blessed be my son by the Lord.”
2He said to his mother, “The eleven hundred pieces of silver which were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse in my hearing, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “Blessed be my son by the Lord.”
2And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred pieces of silver which were taken from you, about which you cursed [the thief] and also spoke about in my hearing, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “Blessed be my son before the Lord.”
2said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver17:2 1,100 shekels is approximately 27.6 pounds or 12.5 kilograms of silver; also in verse 3. that were taken from you and about which I heard you utter a curse— I have the silver here with me; I took it.”
Then his mother said, “Blessed be my son by the Lord!”
2He said to his mother, “Someone took 28 pounds of silver from you. I heard you curse the one who took it. I have the silver with me. I’m the one who took it.”
Then his mother said, “My son, may the Lord bless you!”
