11it is a chronic leprosy on the skin of his body, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean; he shall not isolate him because he is [clearly] unclean.
11Then the person has a skin disease that will never go away. The priest must announce that they are ‘unclean.’ The priest must not make them stay away from everyone else. They are already ‘unclean.’
11If those things are true, it is a disease that continues for a long time. The priest must say that the person is unclean. The priest does not need to keep him separate from other people. They already know that he is unclean.
