Leviticus 13:11

11it is a chronic skin disease and the priest shall pronounce them unclean. He is not to isolate them, because they are already unclean.

11Then the person has a skin disease that will never go away. The priest must announce that they are ‘unclean.’ The priest must not make them stay away from everyone else. They are already ‘unclean.’

11If those things are true, it is a disease that continues for a long time. The priest must say that the person is unclean. The priest does not need to keep him separate from other people. They already know that he is unclean.
