Leviticus 17:13

13“ ‘Any Israelite or any foreigner residing among you who hunts any animal or bird that may be eaten must drain out the blood and cover it with earth,

13So when anyone from the sons of Israel, or from the strangers who reside among them, 17:13 Lit who hunts game, animalwhile hunting catches an animal or a bird which may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with dirt.

13So when any man from the sons of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, in hunting catches a beast or a bird which may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with earth.

13So when any Israelite or any stranger living temporarily among them, catches 17:13 Lit an animal or bird which may be eaten.any ceremonially clean animal or bird when hunting, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with earth.

13And if any Israelite or foreigner living among them hunts down a wild animal or bird that may be eaten, he must drain its blood and cover it with dirt.

13“ ‘Suppose any of you hunts any animal or bird that can be eaten. It does not matter whether you are an Israelite or an outsider. You must let the blood flow out of the animal or bird. You must cover the blood with dirt.
