Leviticus 21:17

17“Say to Aaron: ‘For the generations to come none of your descendants who has a defect may come near to offer the food of his God.

17“Speak to Aaron, saying, ‘None of your descendants throughout their generations who has an impairment shall approach to offer the food of his God.

17“Say to Aaron, ‘Throughout their generations none of your descendants who has any [physical] defect shall approach [the altar] to present the food of his God.

17“Say to Aaron, ‘For the generations to come, none of your descendants who has a physical defect may approach to offer the food of his God.

17Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed throughout their generations that hath a blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.

17Speake vnto Aaron, and say, Whosoeuer of thy seede in their generations hath any blemishes, shall not prease to offer the bread of his God:

17“Say to Aaron, ‘None of your offspring throughout their generations who has a defect may approach to offer the bread of his God.

17“Speak to Aaron. Tell him, ‘No man in your family line with any flaws may come near to offer food to the Lord. This is true for all time to come.

17‘Tell Aaron, “Your descendants may only serve me as priests if they have a perfect body. If not, they must not bring offerings of food to their God. This rule will continue for all time.

17“Speak to Aaron, saying, No man of your seed throughout their generations in whom there is blemish draws near to bring the bread of his God near,
