Leviticus 22:8

8He must not eat anything found dead or torn by wild animals, and so become unclean through it. I am the Lord.

8He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by animals, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.

8He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.

8He shall not eat that which dies [of natural causes] or is torn by a predator, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.

8He must not eat anything found dead or torn by wild animals, which would make him unclean. I am the Lord.

8He must not eat anything found dead or torn apart by wild animals. If he does, it will make him “unclean.” I am the Lord.
