Leviticus 24:21

21Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a human being is to be put to death.

21So the one who 24:21 Lit strikes downkills an animal shall make restitution, but the one who 24:21 Lit strikes downkills a person shall be put to death.

21Thus the one who kills an animal shall make it good, but the one who kills a man shall be put to death.

21The one who kills an animal shall replace it; but he who kills a human being [unlawfully] shall be put to death.
