Leviticus 25:40

40They are to be treated as hired workers or temporary residents among you; they are to work for you until the Year of Jubilee.

40He shall be with you as a hired worker, as if he were a foreign resident; he shall serve with you up to the year of jubilee.

40but he is to be with you as a hired man, as if he were a temporary resident; he shall serve with you until the Year of Jubilee,

40Let him stay with you as a hired worker or temporary resident; he is to work for you until the Year of Jubilee.

40As a hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee; he shall serve with thee unto the year of jubilee:

40But as an hired seruant, and as a soiourner he shalbe with thee: he shall serue thee vnto the yeere of the Iubile.

40As a hired servant, and as a temporary resident, he shall be with you; he shall serve with you until the Year of Jubilee.

40You must treat them like hired workers. Or you must treat them like those living among you for a while. They must work for you until the Year of Jubilee.

40Instead, you must pay him to work as your servant, or like a foreigner who is living with you. He must work for you until the next Jubilee year.

40he is as a hired worker [and] as a settler with you; he serves with you until the Year of the Jubilee—
