Leviticus 27:32

32Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod—will be holy to the Lord.

32Every tenth part of herds and flocks will be holy. They will be set apart for the Lord. That includes every tenth animal that its shepherd marks with his wooden staff.
