Leviticus 3:4

4both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys.

4It must include both kidneys with the fat on them next to the lower back muscles. It must also include the long part of the liver. All of it must be removed together with the kidneys.

4He must remove the two kidneys and the fat that is around them. And he must remove the bottom part of the liver.

4and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
