Luke 22:20

20In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

20After supper, Jesus took a cup of wine and he did the same thing. He said, ‘This cup shows the new agreement that God makes because of my death. When I die, my blood will pour out of my body. I will do that for you.

20In like manner, also, the cup after the dining, saying, “This cup [is] the New Covenant in My blood, that is being poured forth for you.
