Luke 24:46

46He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,

46and He said to them, “So it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,

46and said, “And so it is written, that the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed) would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, [Hos 6:2]

46And He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,

46and he said unto them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead the third day;

46And said vnto them, Thus is it written, and thus it behoued Christ to suffer, and to rise againe from the dead the third day,

46He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,

46He told them, “This is what is written. The Messiah will suffer. He will rise from the dead on the third day.

46He told them, ‘This is what it says there. The Messiah had to die. Then, after three days, he had to rise up and become alive again.

46and He said to them, “Thus it has been written, and thus it was necessary [for] the Christ to suffer, and to rise out of the dead [on] the third day,
