Luke 8:52

52Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. “Stop wailing,” Jesus said. “She is not dead but asleep.”

52Now they were all weeping and mourning for her; but He said, “Stop weeping, for she has not died, but is asleep.”

52Now they were all weeping loudly and mourning for her; but He said, “Do not weep, for she is not dead, but is sleeping.”

52Meanwhile, everyone was weeping and mourning for her. But Jesus said, “Stop weeping; she is not dead but asleep.”

52And all were weeping, and bewailing her: but he said, Weep not; for she is not dead, but sleepeth.

52And all wept, and sorowed for her: but he sayd, Weepe not: for she is not dead, but sleepeth.

52All were weeping and mourning her, but he said, “Don’t weep. She isn’t dead, but sleeping.”

52During this time, all the people were crying and sobbing loudly over the child. “Stop crying!” Jesus said. “She is not dead. She is sleeping.”

52All the people there were crying loudly because they were very sad. Jesus told them, ‘Do not weep. The child is not dead. She is only asleep.’

52and they were all weeping, and beating themselves for her, and He said, “Do not weep, she did not die, but sleeps”;
