Malachi 1:12

12“But you profane it by saying, ‘The Lord’s table is defiled,’ and, ‘Its food is contemptible.’

12“But you are profaning it by your saying, ‘The table of the Lord is defiled, and as for its fruit, its food is to be despised.’

12“But you [priests] profane it when you say, ‘The table of the Lord is defiled, and as for its fruit, its food is to be despised.’

12“But you profane it when you say, ‘The table of the Lord is defiled, and as for its fruit, its food is contemptible.’

12But ye profane it, in that ye say, The table of Jehovah is polluted, and the fruit thereof, even its food, is contemptible.

12But ye haue polluted it, in that ye say, The table of the Lord is polluted and the fruit thereof, euen his meat is not to be regarded.

12“But you profane it when you say, ‘Yahweh’s table is polluted, and its fruit, even its food, is contemptible.’

12“But you treat my name as if it were not holy. You say the Lord’s altar is ‘unclean.’ And you look down on its food.

12‘But you priests insult my name. You say that the Lord's altar is not special. You think that the food which you offer to me has no value.

12“And you are defiling it in your saying, || The table of YHWH—it is defiled, || As for its fruit—its food is despicable.
